NF
Nathan John Feuerstein, who was born March 30, 1990, is a popular American rapper from the United States. He has released two EPs under Capitol CMG, "I'm Free" (2012) and"[3and a self-titled EP released in 2014. Mansion, his first major-label album, debuted in March 2015. The second studio album Therapy Session came out on April 22nd, 2016. It ranked 12 on the US Billboard 200. The albums have garnered many accolades, including: the Gospel Music Association Dove Award Rap/Hip Hop album of the year (Therapy Session). NF gained mainstream recognition with Perception in 2017. The album peaked in the United States at number one and was certified platinum. "Let You Fall" reached number twelve. Billboard Hot 100, and was a top-ten hit internationally. Similar commercial success was achieved through The Search (2019). Feuerstein declared that rap was for him a form of escape in his early years. He would record songs with a karaoke device, recording both instrumentals and his raps using one microphone. Feuerstein independently released Moments the debut album of his studio album, on November 29, 2010. On August 2, 2011 the singer released his first single "Alone". The track featured producers and songwriters Tommee Profitt and Brooke Griffith. In 2012, the work of Feuerstein caught the attention of Xist Music. The first extended version of his I'm Free was released on May 2 in 2012 by Feuerstein, with production work from Profitt. The album's tracklist contained nine tracks, including "Alone". The EP also included an exclusive version of "Alone" featuring Sean Simmonds. Xist teased the release the self-titled extended track, NF. However, Feuerstein was able to separate from the label in the middle of a dispute. Production of NF was delayed. NF was however, a highlight of the show, featuring a song "Only One" which featured Shuree Wilkins, on the label's compilation album Move Vol 1. He released a single, "Beautiful Addiction", on the 4th of November 2013. The track again featured an appearance from Profitt and also vocals from Brady Schmitz and Danielle Swift.
